How does the performance guarantee work?

With Duo, payment begins after we deliver five leads. With Growth, you pay nothing if five leads are not reached. A lead is a contact Alma captures with a name and a way to get in touch. We’ll go through the terms together before you decide.

Is Alma just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot replies with ready-made scripts. Alma is trained on your business, understands the question and answers in your tone. That goes for both SMS and webchat, all gathered in Nexus.

Does Alma replace our staff?

Quite the opposite. She takes over round-the-clock monitoring and the follow-up that would otherwise fall through. You step in when needed, with the whole conversation in place.

Do we need to change how we work?

Keep your number, and we’ll sort out the call forwarding. We set up Alma, help connect everything and test her answers with you.

What happens when Alma can’t answer?

She hands over to your team. Nexus keeps the whole conversation so you can help without starting again. The question can also help improve Alma’s knowledge.
