How we look after your customers’ data.

Data in Stockholm

Conversations and other data are stored with Supabase in AWS data centres in Stockholm. Nomar Nexus and the chat widget run on Vercel with server functions in Stockholm.

The language model isn’t trained on them

Alma’s replies are written by a language model run by Fireworks AI in the USA, under the EU standard contractual clauses. Our language model providers do not use the conversations to train their models.
